When arguing, remember, you can't take back your words. You can easily add more words but it's very difficult to take them back. Choose wisely what you say.

Amen! When my husband and I disagree I always mentally remind myself not to call names or raise my voice. Belittling your spouse and yelling will not solve anything, and you'll be left with regrets once you've made up.
